President

Robert Brandt

Robert Brandt is from Salisbury, CT and is a first year MBA student, specializing in strategic management and public policy.  Prior to coming to GW, he spent two years working for the Mayor of Hartford, CT and the last three years working as a research analyst in the Massachusetts State Legislature on a range of policy issues including economic development and energy.  He plans to pursue a career in the energy consulting field.

Executive Vice-President

Everthon Vieira

Everthon is focusing his studies on Finance and International Business. Originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, Everthon has worked for 5 years at Novartis, in different departments, before becoming a Professional Marketing Manager for Latin America at Johnson & Johnson for 2 years. Upon graduation, he wants to work with multilateral banks, developing projects in the Healthcare sector. He enjoys sports, playing music, and traveling.

Cari Smith

Cari is concentrating her studies in Finance and Investments as well as Real Estate and Urban Development. Originally from Atlanta, GA, she graduated from the University of Georgia with a dual degree in Finance and Real Estate. Cari’s work experience includes time as an analyst at JP Morgan in fixed income sales and trading as well as a position lobbying for real estate developers in Atlanta. She spends whatever spare time she has reading or cooking, and hopes to move to New York after completing her MBA.

Priyanka Tayal

Priyanka is concentrating in Strategic Management & Public Policy. Originally from India and having lived in 6 countries, Priyanka had been working in finance in New York for four years prior to pursuing her studies at GW. She is an alumni of the University of Miami, where she double majored in Economics and Marketing. She hopes to eventually work in the international development sector, and enjoys traveling, writing and sports.

Dmitry Polyakov

Dmitry’s academic interests focus on sustainability and businesses ethics.  He has over seven years of experience in project management, leading international development projects on three continents (Asia, Europe, and North America).  Dmitry enjoys camping, fishing, biking, and snowboarding.

Andy Schneider

Andy is working towards concentrations in Accounting and Finance at GW. He graduated from Rutgers in 2004 with a degree in English and Psychology and spent a few years as a teacher, coach, and admissions director at a prep school in Connecticut. He also enjoyed a year as a collegiate rowing coach and recruiter at Lehigh University. He hopes to pursue a career in corporate finance after graduating from GW. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar, running (slowly), and watching the Yankees.

Kari Welch

Kari completed her undergraduate coursework at the University of Miami with a major in International Finance & Marketing.  Kari has extensive business development experience within the human resources and financial services industries.  After graduation, Kari plans to secure a role at an international management consulting firm.

Jessica Marko

Jessica is focusing her MBA studies in Marketing.  Jessica is also an Admissions Ambassador and VP of Finance for the AMA. Prior to pursuing her graduate degree, she worked in corporate finance for a large national bank. Jessica is a graduate of Villanova University (2004), where she majored in Accounting.

VP of Marketing & Communications

Joel Davidson

Joel is interested in all aspects of marketing and communications, and particularly where it relates to public policy. He has had diverse corporate experience in finance and business development and has worked in London, New York and Paris. Joel is looking at opportunities in communications consulting and is keen to promote the GWSB name wherever possible. Joel enjoys almost all sports and debating.

Lindsay Scholtz

Lindsay is currently concentrating her MBA in Finance and Investments.  Prior to pursuing her graduate education, Lindsay was a part of the IT Advisory Services practice of a “Big Four” Public Accounting firm providing advisory services to several Fortune 500 companies. Lindsay completed her undergraduate education at Penn State University where she majored in Finance and is a proud supporter of Penn State Football.

RJ Dunn

RJ is focusing his studies in Finance and Investments as well as in International Business. Born and raised in Northern Virginia, he has lived in this area for the majority of his life except while attending James Madison University where he majored in Finance. As a Professional MBA student, RJ also works full-time at Deloitte in their Consulting and Financial Advisory Services sectors.

Doug Greenspan

Douglas Greenspan is concentrating his studies in international business.  Originally from Los Angeles he attended the University of Colorado where he graduated with a B.A. in Economics.  Prior to attending GW, Douglas worked for iTi, a technology startup company in Boulder, Colorado specializing in industrial inkjet technology.  His work focused on project management and cost analysis, primarily with fortune 500 companies. His interests include cooking, sports and keeping up with the rapidly changing economy.

EMBA Representative

Senodja Sundiata-Walker

Senodja serves as a Program Management professional in the US Army Acquisition Corps. She is a native Washingtonian and graduate of Howard University. As an active-duty officer, she specializes in advanced defense information technology and cyber systems.  Senodja is an amateur photographer and enjoys world travel with her husband and kids.
